Plan to spend about an hour on your first visit to my office. You will be asked to complete a health history to determine the nature of your concerns and the reasons you are seeking care. Following a review of your health history, I will perform a problem-specific physical examination, share the results with you, and answer any questions you may have. If your health history and examination findings indicate that spinal adjustments may help you, I will begin treating you. If not, we will discuss options for possible care elsewhere.
NOTE: If something on your history or examination indicates that imaging techniques such as x-rays, CT scans, or MRIs are warranted, I will request that you receive those services at another facility before any spinal adjustments are provided. The majority of cases do not require imaging.
Payment is required at time of service. I will provide you with a receipt. If you have insurance that covers my services, you will be able to submit that receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Subsequent office visits will require only fifteen to thirty minutes in most cases.
