Payment is required at the time of service. I will provide you with a receipt. If you have insurance that covers chiropractic services, you will be able to submit that receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
You should not have to wait a long time to receive treatment; I do not overbook. Your time is valuable, too.
You decide how much care is right for you; I only make recommendations and offer guidance.
Please be on time. I may be able to work you into the schedule if you are late, but, I may not. Patients who are on time for their appointments will not be inconvenienced by patients who are not.
If you have to change or cancel an appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. Your appointment time can be used to help someone else.
